Effective immediately, Synoptics, Ltd, the parent company of Syngene and Synbiosis has updated its support policy. This update is designed to enhance their service offerings and ensure Syngene and Synbiosis customers receive consistent, high quality support for their instruments.
The new policy outlines comprehensive warranty coverage for new purchases, detailed support structures for instruments up to 10 years old, and specialized Provisions for older devices period by implementing clear guidelines, synoptics aims to streamline the support process and offer valuable service packages to provide transparent and predictable support costs for all their customers.
Thank you change to the support policy is viewing Synbiosis and Syngene systems by Life stage. Every Synoptics instrument will have three life stages.
- Warranty Period – From purchase until warranty expiration date.
- Service Period – from the units end of warranty until the units 10-year operating point.
- Post Service Period (10+ years) – All instruments over 10 years old.
It is important to note that all instruments within the warranty period will be supported as per current policy. However, instruments within service period post service may now incur fees for more complex support requirements.
In an effort to be clear and transparent with our customers comma we wanted to make you will aware of this change. Any of our customers who have a Syngene or Synbiosis who have systems within the warranty period will see no change to their warranty. Rising costs and the fast-paced changes to technology has made it necessary to update costs associated with systems in the the Service and Post-Service periods.
